Sruhlon provides AI-powered business automation including:
- AI Content Generation: Blog posts, product descriptions, marketing content via OpenAI GPT-4o
- Multi-Site Management: WordPress, Shopify, and custom domain automation
- Social Media Automation: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn publishing
- Analytics Integration: Google Analytics, performance tracking, competitive intelligence
- Email Automation: AI-powered email responses and marketing campaigns

3.2 Billing and Payment Terms
- Payment Processor: All payments processed through Stripe with PCI DSS compliance
- Billing Cycle: Monthly plans billed monthly, annual plans billed yearly in advance
- Tax Calculation: Automatic geographic tax calculation based on your location
- Currency: All prices in USD with local tax collection where applicable
- Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, and ACH (where supported by Stripe)
- Failed Payments: Service suspended after 3 failed payment attempts; reactivated upon successful payment
- Proration: Upgrades prorated immediately; downgrades effective at next billing cycle
3.3 Price Changes
- 30-day advance notice via email for any price increases
- Grandfathered pricing honored for existing subscribers for 12 months
- Right to cancel before price change takes effect
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Data Retention
4.1 Cancellation Process
- Self-Service: Cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal at

- Effective Date: End of current billing period (no mid-cycle cancellations)
- Data Access: Continue accessing service until cancellation effective date
- Reactivation: Resubscribe anytime; previous data restored if within 30-day retention period
4.2 Refund Policy
- General Rule: No refunds for partial periods or unused services
- Service Failure: Refunds for documented service outages exceeding 48 hours
- Billing Errors: Incorrect charges refunded within 30 days of discovery
- Legal Requirements: Refunds provided as required by applicable consumer protection laws
- Dispute Process: Billing disputes handled through Stripe's resolution system
4.3 Data Retention and Deletion
- Active Subscription: All data retained and accessible
- Grace Period: 30 days post-cancellation data retention
- Automatic Deletion: Account data deleted after 30-day grace period
- Export Before Deletion: Use
/gdpr/export-data to download your content
- Billing Records: Financial records retained per legal requirements (7 years)
5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
5.1 Account Security
- Password Security: Maintain strong, unique passwords (8+ characters, special characters required)
- Access Control: Do not share login credentials or API keys
- Unauthorized Access: Report suspected account breaches immediately
- Two-Factor Authentication: Enable when available for enhanced security
5.2 Acceptable Use Policy
You may NOT use Sruhlon for:
- Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
- Spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial communications
- Malware distribution or hacking attempts
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
- Harassment, hate speech, or harmful content
- Competitive intelligence gathering on Sruhlon itself
- API abuse or attempts to circumvent usage limits
5.3 Content Responsibility
- AI Content Review: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content
- Accuracy: Ensure content accuracy before publishing to connected platforms
- Brand Compliance: Content must comply with your brand guidelines and platform policies
- Legal Compliance: Content must comply with advertising laws, FTC guidelines, and platform terms
6. Service Availability and Geographic Scope
6.1 Service Level Commitment
- Uptime Target: 99.9% monthly uptime (approximately 43 minutes downtime per month)
- Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance with 24-hour advance notice
- Status Updates: Real-time status at support@sruhlon.com during outages
- Service Credits: Pro plan users receive credits for downtime exceeding SLA
6.2 Geographic Availability
- Primary Region: United States (Virginia data center)
- Global CDN: Content delivery optimization worldwide
- Service Regions: Available globally with US-based data processing
- Legal Jurisdiction: US federal and state law governs all services
- Export Controls: Subject to US export control regulations
7. Intellectual Property and AI-Generated Content
7.1 User Content Ownership
- Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create and upload
- AI-Generated Content: You own AI-generated content created for your account
- License to Use: You grant Sruhlon license to process your content to provide services
- No Training Use: Your content is not used to train AI models
7.2 Sruhlon Intellectual Property
- Platform Technology: Sruhlon owns all platform software, algorithms, and automation workflows
- Branding: Sruhlon trademarks and service marks are protected
- Documentation: User guides, API documentation, and help materials are proprietary
- Derivative Works: Improvements or modifications to the platform remain Sruhlon property
7.3 Third-Party Integration Rights
- Platform APIs: You are responsible for compliance with third-party terms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- API Credentials: You must have valid rights to connect third-party accounts
- Content Publishing: Ensure you have rights to publish content to connected platforms
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

- AI Content: AI-generated content is provided "as-is" - you are responsible for final review and approval
- Third-Party Services: We are not liable for failures of WordPress, Shopify, social media platforms, or other integrations
- Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, automated content may contain errors
- Service Availability: 99.9% uptime target is not a guarantee
8.2 Limitation of Liability
- Maximum Liability: Total liability limited to amount paid in preceding 12 months
- Excluded Damages: No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Business Losses: Not liable for lost profits, data, or business interruption
- Force Majeure: Not liable for failures due to events beyond our reasonable control
8.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sruhlon against claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
- Content you publish using our platform
- Your use of third-party integrations
- Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
9. Account Termination and Suspension
9.1 Termination by User
- Voluntary Cancellation: Cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal
- Data Export: Export your data before cancellation effective date
- Final Billing: Responsible for charges through end of billing period
9.2 Termination by Sruhlon
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay after 3 billing attempts
- Terms Violation: Breach of Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service
- Illegal Activity: Use for illegal purposes or law enforcement request
- Technical Abuse: API abuse, system overload, or security threats
9.3 Account Suspension Process
- Notice: 48-hour advance notice except for security/legal issues
- Appeal Process: Contact legal@sruhlon.com to appeal termination decisions
- Data Access: 7-day window to export data before final deletion
