Service Description

The Connect provides AI-powered website management, content generation, and business automation services powered by Sruhlon™ technology. Our platform helps businesses optimize their web presence through intelligent automation.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Respect domain ownership verification requirements
• Maintain responsibility for all content generated through your account
• Report any security issues or unauthorized access immediately

Service Limits and Fair Use

• Free trial accounts: 1 domain, 3 AI content pieces, 5 social posts, view-only integrations, basic reports
• Launch accounts ($149/month): 3 domains, 5 AI articles/month, 20 social posts/month
• Scale accounts ($499/month): Unlimited domains and AI usage within fair use guidelines
• Enterprise accounts ($1,299/month): Unlimited everything + 99.9% uptime SLA
• Rate limiting may apply to prevent abuse

Payment Terms

• Launch: $149/month, billed monthly
• Scale: $499/month, billed monthly (or $4,990/year for annual - save $1,000)
• Enterprise: $1,299/month, billed monthly
• All payments processed securely through Stripe
• Cancel anytime with no penalties
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis
• Legacy "Pro" plan ($129/month) grandfathered for existing customers only

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data and generated content. We retain rights to our platform, Sruhlon technology, and service improvements. AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and should be reviewed before publication.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for third-party service disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We provide the platform "as-is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship. You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts for terms violations after notice when possible.
